Our passion for coffee and the love for my native land of Guatemala were two big reasons why Pacaya Coffee Roasters was born!

Guatemala is a relatively small country but has eight different coffee regions which are sometimes referred to as “A Rainbow of Choices”.

Guatemala produces amazing coffee!

Characteristics of Guatemalan coffee include a sweet taste, with a medium to full body, and lots of chocolate flavor notes.

Many coffees will have either a bittersweet cocoa taste or a sweet, milk chocolate taste as well as notes of nuts and toffee.

Our goal is to gradually introduce all of the regions to cater to everyone’s favorite taste!

We welcome everyone who wants to explore with us the rainbow of exotic flavors!
